2020 Robot - Terror |
Our Robot, “Terror” is the Steel Boot’s robot for Infinite Recharge. And primarily prioritizes in scoring balls so other teams robots can focus on spinning the color wheel and using the lift mechanism.

- For Terror we used a west coast drivetrain, with four Neo Brushless motors at 10.75:1 ratio
- We chose this configuration because we have no shooter, which means the robot is has to make longer cycles downfield
- Only motors (no pneumatics)
2019 Robot - Wilson
Wilson was Steel Boot's most simple and successful robot thus far. Competing at the Central Valley and Monterey Bay Regionals, it broke from the chains of the bottom ranks and landed the team a Regional Finalist award at the latter. The team then won a Wildcard and advanced to the World Championships in Houston, TX.

2018 Robot - Scrappy
Scrappy was Steel Boot's second robot, and it was a very big advancement in the development of Steel Boot's advancement of technical knowledge. This robot was not in use for very long as it only played in the Central Valley Regional where it placed at rank 33 out of the 47 teams at the competition.

2017 Robot - B.O.B.
B.O.B. (Which Stands for "Beginning Of Bots") was Steel Boots first built robot. B.O.B only played at the San Francisco Regional where it placed 39th out of the 41 teams at the competition
